Dialysis Technician

• Operating Dialysis Equipment: Set up and operate dialysis machines, ensuring they function correctly throughout the treatment process. 2
• Patient Monitoring: Monitor patients during dialysis, checking vital signs and machine settings to ensure safety and comfort. 2
• Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for treatment by explaining the procedure, taking pre-dialysis measurements, and cleaning the vascular access site. 1
• Documentation: Accurately document treatment details and patient observations in electronic health records (EHR). 2
• Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a sterile treatment environment. 2
• Collaboration: Work closely with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. 2
• Patient Education: Educate patients about the dialysis process, addressing any concerns and providing information on post-treatment care
