Digital Account Manager

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Digital Account Manager to oversee and grow digital client relationships. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and performance of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, media, technical, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into effective digital strategies and campaigns.
  • Plan, oversee, and report on digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, and web projects.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present results to clients regularly.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding service offerings to existing clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
