Digital Analytics Assistant Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Analytics Assistant Specialist at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.

QUALIFICATION

• 0–1 year of experience in web & app analytics,
• Basic understanding of web analytics, app analytics, and event tracking tools (e.g., GA4, GTM, Firebase, Adjust, BigQuery, Looker Studio),
• Motivated to learn and work with digital marketing platform APIs,
• General understanding of digital marketing and interest in how analytics supports marketing and business decisions,
• Foundational knowledge of databases and SQL,
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and web protocols is a plus,
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English,
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn,
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Join our growing data analytics and development team
• Support the design, testing, and deployment of end-to-end analytics implementations
• Assist with website tagging and 3rd-party pixel implementations
• Contribute as the analytics point of contact within the organization and develop your expertise over time
• Help maintain dashboards that visualize traffic, sales, and campaign performance
• Support A/B testing processes
• Collaborate with the team to build scalable and stable projects
• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment and continuously develop your skills
