Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing/brand management, preferably in the education or school sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate with the in-house digital team (Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, Digital Media Executive).
- Expanding our digital presence and are looking for a Digital Brand Manager who understands school branding and can take charge of both online and offline brand initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between the internal team and our external marketing agency.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance brand voice, visibility, and engagement across all social media platforms.
- Plan, organize, and promote major school events, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Manage offline brand promotion of school events and integrate them with online campaigns for maximum impact.
- Ensure all communication and content reflect a consistent brand tone and message.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Creative mindset with hands-on knowledge of branding, event promotion, and digital media.
- Exposure to reputed institutions or brands (e.g., Kapsons, London School of Business, or similar) will be an added advantage.
