Job Title: Brand Manager – Digital, Social & Marketplaces

Location: Delhi

Reports to: Head of Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

Brand Managers act as brand custodians responsible for owning communication strategy, safeguarding brand consistency, and driving long-term equity. They bridge strategy and execution by briefing CSC, PFC, and CCP teams, while continuously analyzing consumer insights and market trends to shape campaigns. Their role is both strategic (positioning, brand health, innovation) and operational (campaign direction, content approvals, performance tracking).

Roles & Responsibilities of Brand Managers

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and evolve the brand’s unique value proposition, messaging framework, and tone of voice.
  • Campaign Direction: Brief CSC, PFC, and CCP teams with brand-specific insights; ensure campaigns reflect long-term brand equity.
  • Consistency & Quality Control: Safeguard consistency of communication across product listings, campaigns, influencer partnerships, and customer touchpoints.
  • Consumer Insights: Analyze customer data, competitor activity, and category trends to inform campaigns and product innovation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between product development, sales, and marketing execution teams to align brand priorities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, recall, preference) alongside digital KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversions).
  • Innovation & Opportunity Mapping: Identify seasonal, cultural, and category opportunities to strengthen brand presence.

Key Metrics: Brand awareness, engagement rates, share of voice vs competitors, campaign effectiveness, customer loyalty indicators.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital content amplification, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing KPIs and digital advertising ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of managing ad budgets and driving measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
