Digital Commerce Operations Executive

Role Overview

Our Company is looking for a motivated and detail-focused E-commerce Operations Assistant to support and streamline our day-to-day online business activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with digital platforms and operational processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for dispatch and tracking
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning
• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders and products
• Ensure accuracy in product details, pricing, and descriptions
• Support online promotions and campaign execution
• Prepare basic reports on sales and operational performance

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or operations is an advantage
• Familiarity with online selling platforms and order management systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
