This is a fully on-site position located in Akron, Ohio. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Position Summary
TCT is seeking a creative and inspired Digital Content Creator to serve as the powerhouse of our marketing team. This individual will be both a hands-on designer and a compelling storyteller - combining visual artistry with powerful written and video content that reflects the TCT mission and amplifies our digital presence across all media platforms. The Digital Content Creator will develop, edit, and publish multimedia content for TCT’s flagship programming and digital subchannels (TCT Today, TCT Women/Bloom, TCT Kids, Worship, and others). This role will bring legacy materials to life in modern digital formats - creating short-form videos, devotionals, carousels, and other social storytelling pieces that align with TCT’s voice and mission - while also developing original, forward-looking content designed to reach new audiences and expand TCT’s digital impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and edit multimedia content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, and SMS.
• Repurpose existing broadcast and legacy content into short-form, high-impact digital pieces that reflect modern viewing trends.
• Write engaging copy including captions, devotionals, short articles, and video scripts that align with the TCT brand and values.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Social Media Strategist to execute content calendars and creative campaigns.
• Ensure consistent visual and editorial identity across all digital and print materials.
• Capture live production, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and event footage for real-time use across platforms.
• Stay current on trends in Christian media, digital storytelling, and platform engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital design, or video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Portfolio showcasing multimedia design, writing, and video work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to TCT’s mission and passion for producing faith-based, uplifting content.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
