The Entry-Level Digital Content Producer supports the Digital Media team by editing and delivering video content across multiple brands and platforms. This role is primarily focused on post-production execution and is designed to increase capacity, reduce rushed edits, and help the team work ahead of schedule.

This position is ideal for a producer who is already familiar with digital content workflows and standards and is ready to take on a full-time role with increased responsibility and consistency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Post-Production Support:

• Edit long-form and short-form video content under established creative direction
• Assist with assembly cuts, first passes, and revisions
• Produce short-form derivatives from long-form episodes
• Prepare exports and versions for multiple platforms

Production Support:

• Support field and studio productions as needed
• Assist with basic camera, audio, and lighting setup when required
• Help organize and manage media assets

Workflow and Delivery:

• Work closely with the Manager of Video Productions and Media Operations to meet deadlines
• Ensure edits are delivered on time and meet technical standards
• Contribute to keeping projects moving ahead of schedule rather than at deadline

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with senior producers, editors, and managers across video and podcast teams
• Support sponsorship and social media deliverables as needed
• Follow established workflows and production standards

Required Qualifications:

• Experience editing video content for digital platforms
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro
• Basic understanding of audio editing and color correction
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience editing short-form or social-first video
• Familiarity with digital media workflows and asset management
• Interest in growing technical and storytelling skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry light production equipment as needed
