We’re growing fast and looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Digital Content & Social Media Coordinator to own our online voice and help us reach more injured people who need us.

What you’ll do (and love doing):

• Create scroll-stopping posts, reels, stories, and videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
• Design eye-catching graphics, carousels, and short-form videos Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator skills are a must)
• Write clear, compassionate, on-brand captions and scripts that educate and inspire
• Plan and maintain a busy content calendar
• Partner with our attorneys to turn complex legal wins into relatable success stories
• Monitor comments/DMs and engage with our community the right way (while staying 100% compliant with Florida Bar rules)
• Pull monthly reports and suggest what’s working and what we should try next
• Keep up with the latest trends (and bring the fun ones to us!)

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar
• At least 2 years managing social media for a brand (bonus points if it was in a law firm, healthcare, or other regulated industry)
• Strong portfolio showing real design work (Illustrator required; Canva is a bonus)
• Flawless writing and proofreading, attention to detail a must
• Super organized, able to juggle multiple projects and hit every deadline
• Bilingual English/Spanish, HUGE advantage

Pay: $24.12 - $29.05 per hour
