Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create engaging Arabic and English content for social media posts, website copy, digital ads, and video scripts.
- Develop brand messaging and tone tailored to MENA audiences; maintain a consistent voice across platforms.
- Create content calendars and collaborate with design and video teams on high-impact creatives.
- Lead storytelling for product launches, market education, trading insights, and brand campaigns.
Social Media Management
- Manage company accounts across platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others.
- Customize posting strategy by platform behavior and regional preferences.
- Monitor and grow audience engagement, reach, and follower base.
- Launch UGC campaigns, KOL collaborations, hashtag challenges, and community engagement initiatives.
- Oversee quality and brand alignment of influencer-generated content.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Define and track KPIs such as engagement rate, CTR, conversions, and follower growth.
- Use Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and UTM tagging for campaign tracking.
- Run A/B testing on creatives, copy, and formats; adjust based on performance insights.
- Align content strategies with SEO, paid media, and email automation for full-funnel impact.
