Description: The D365 CRM and Power Platform lead is involved in all aspects of implementing Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service) solutions from architect to work through the project life cycle to go-live and on-going support, legacy application migration experiences. As a D365 lead you will be leading a team of developers on the D365 products with many advanced tools and techniques. You will utilize standard implementation methodologies to deliver compelling solutions for our customers. Responsibilities: • Delighting the customers with exceptional coding standards • Oversee the development process with the engineering team. • Build and review D365 (Sales, Customer insights for journeys, Customer Service, project service), power platform (power automate, AI builder, Power Pages) solutions that meet client objectives. • Experience to build existing and new products on D365, build pcf controls, custom pages, embedding canvas pages into model driven app. • Knowledge of Copilots provided by Microsoft and methodologies to build on copilot studio • Utilize your knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the development team during pre-implementation and Configuration. • Business and systems analysis and documentation • Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality • Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation • Application configuration and setup • Provide system training to both internal and external clients • Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time • Managing change control
