The Division:
Jonas Club
, a division of Jonas Software, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc , has helped over 2,300 clubs around the world Client the right mix of software solutions to optimize the management of their unique businesses. We have achieved this by providing, and customizing, a fully integrated suite of applications designed to manage business areas such as Accounting & Membership, Food & Beverage, Retail Sales, Spas, Gyms, Fitness Centers & Classes, Payroll, Employee Management & HR, Hotels, Marinas & more.

The Position:
This role directly supports the company’s goals by ensuring that customers and internal teams can effectively learn and adopt Jonas Club products through a stable, well managed LMS. By keeping training content accurate, up to date, accessible, and aligned with product releases, the role helps drive product adoption, reduce support friction, and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

LMS Administration
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS (Articulate Reach 360)
  • Update and maintain existing courses to reflect product improvements and new features
  • As proficiency grows, create the quarterly What’s New courses based on release notes
  • Prepare courses for publication by linking references, uploading course PDFs and completing final QA steps
  • Flag content gaps, technical issues, or inconsistencies for review by the Sr. Digital Education Specialist before publishing
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the platform provider when needed
  • Ensure content is accessible, organized, and consistently branded by adding alt text, video captions, and integrating AI-generated audio narration for accessibility and engagement
  • Develop AI-assisted quizzes aligned with learning objectives and product accuracy
Reporting & Insights
  • Provide timely updates on course status, user issues, and LMS performance to the Sr. Digital Education Specialist to support planning and decision-making
  • Generate and distribute regular learning performance reports for leaders and stakeholders
  • Maintain the Users Excel file to support internal teams with client registration verification
User Support & Engagement
  • Manage user accounts across clients and internal staff, including onboarding, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Register new support site accounts for the Academy to increase product awareness
  • Future: Support manual setup for client team-based training assignments

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in LMS administration or a similar training technology role
  • Proficiency in one or more LMS platforms (Articulate, Docebo, Cornerstone, etc.) and instructional design or course authoring tools (e.g., Rise 360, Storyline)
  • Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI and e-learning course standards
  • Proficient with Excel and LMS-related data tracking
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to execute course publishing workflows (uploads, links, QA)
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (alt text, structure content, captions, colour contrast, etc.)
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with customer education programs or client onboarding
  • Background in L&D or technical support

  • LMS is stable, user-friendly, and widely adopted
  • Learners are actively engaged with clear paths to completion
  • Managers and stakeholders have the data they need to support their teams
  • Training content is well organized, and publishing workflows are completed consistently and accurately
  • Courses are consistently updated to reflect new features, improvements, and release-driven product changes
  • Quarterly What’s New courses are produced accurately and on schedule
  • Content meets accessibility standards, including alt text and AI-generated narration
  • AI-assisted quizzes are accurate, aligned with product knowledge, and maintained across all courses

Work Schedule & Availability
  • Training Schedule:
    9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT) for a minimum of two weeks.
  • Post-Training Schedule:
    Once training is complete, the hours worked can be 4:00am-12:00pm EST (02:00 PM - 10:00 PM PKT) (subject to change based on business needs)
    Ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
