Key Responsibilities

Evaluation and implementation of upcoming technologies like OOTB eCommerce Market places (e.g. Hybris, Magento) , speech analytics, Martech tools, AR/VR platforms, middleware/ API management tools & SFAs (Sales Field Force Applications)

Evangelize new digital technologies related to AR/VR, Metaverse, Blockchain, Al/ML use-cases etc.

Managing DXP roadmap for website transformation and experience projects.

Have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, experience in implementing eComm, Web behavior, Adobe analytics.

Drive change management & adoption programs for new projects & processes enabled through digital.
