Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies and content calendars.
  • Create visually appealing posts, reels, ad creatives, and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
  • Manage daily social media activity including posting, engagement, and community interaction.
  • Conduct basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Work with team members to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Edit short-form video content for social media using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Required Skills:

  • Social Media Handling & Strategy
  • Canva (strong creative design skills)
  • Google Ads Campaign Setup & Optimization
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
  • Basic understanding of SEO Fundamentals
  • Video Editing — CapCut (mandatory), Premiere Pro (preferred)
  • Understanding of analytics platforms (Meta Insights, Google Ads dashboard, basic Google Analytics)
  • Strong copywriting skills for captions & ad content.
  • Ability to identify trends and create relevant, engaging content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
