We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer & Business Developer to grow our online presence and drive business expansion. This role combines marketing expertise with strategic business development to generate leads, build partnerships, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines
- Manage and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Create and oversee content strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI) and optimize campaigns
- Handle SEO/SEM activities to improve search rankings
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Generate leads through digital channels and networking
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients
- Negotiate deals and close business opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and/or business development
- Strong understanding of online marketing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and lead generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Background in sales, marketing, or business administration
