We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will manage paid campaigns, optimize funnels, and drive measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

• Manage full-cycle performance marketing campaigns focused on leads, conversions, and ROI
• Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis
• Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and daily campaign performance
• Implement and manage conversion tracking (pixels, tags, events)
• Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in digital/performance marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Solid understanding of KPIs (CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR)

• Experience with Google Analytics and ad tracking tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
