Digital Marketer / Performance Marketer

Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer / Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands data, audience targeting, and conversion optimization—and knows how to turn ad spend into measurable business growth.

You will be responsible for managing performance campaigns, analyzing results, and continuously improving ROI across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
  • Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, and conversions
  • Monitor daily performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Manage ad budgets and scale winning campaigns
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
  • Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
  • Improve landing page and funnel performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics
  • Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
  • Ability to analyze data and take action based on insights
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking (Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4)

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO and email marketing
  • Experience with landing page optimization tools
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
