Job Title: Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist who can manage and optimize our organic and paid digital channels. This role requires strong expertise in SEO strategy, paid advertising, analytics, and lead generation performance across multiple platforms. The ideal candidates should be analytical, execution-focused, and capable of handling both strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct full technical SEO audits (crawl errors, indexing, sitemap, robots.txt, broken links).
  • Optimize existing pages (titles, meta descriptions, H1-H6, internal linking, content refinement).
  • Manage city/regional page optimization.
  • Perform keyword research (commercial + location intent keywords).
  • Set up and monitor keyword ranking tracking.
  • Improve internal linking structure.
  • Work closely with content and development teams for implementation.

2. Content & Blog Strategy

  • Plan and execute monthly SEO blog strategy (minimum 6 blogs per month).
  • Conduct keyword mapping and search intent analysis.
  • Ensure SEO optimization of all published content.
  • Monitor blog performance and organic traffic growth.

3. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)

  • Manage and optimize Google Search campaigns (high-intent lead generation campaigns). Handle region-focused campaigns (UAE, KSA, India).
  • Support TikTok Ads campaign setup and optimization.  Monitor CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.

4. Video & Social Media Coordination

  • Coordinate YouTube video uploads and SEO optimization.
  • Support short-form content strategy (YouTube Shorts, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Align creatives with overall marketing objectives.

5. Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute monthly email campaigns.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Manage GA4 and GTM tracking.
  • Set up dashboards for SEO and Ads performance tracking.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Technical SEO and On-page SEO
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console
  • Keyword research & content optimization expertise  Understanding of lead generation funnels
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
