Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, confident, and highly motivated BTech (pursuing / graduated) individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure in various business functions and kick-start their corporate career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)
• Support the team in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
• Research market trends and competitor strategies to suggest optimizations
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency
• Manage social media accounts and engage with online audiences
• Help in building and maintaining paid ad campaigns across platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
