AheadTech360 is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Karachi, serving clients in the US & UK. We specialize in Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, SEO, CRO, and Website Development. Our team thrives on innovation, creativity, and delivering measurable results for clients.
We are hiring a proactive Account Manager / Team Lead who will act as the bridge between clients, the COO, the Media Buyer, and our creative team. This role is critical for ensuring smooth project execution, creative strategy alignment, client satisfaction, and team accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Ensure timely and professional communication (WhatsApp, email, calls).
- Build long-term trust and manage expectations.
2. Onboarding & Setup
- Welcome new clients using standard templates and intro calls.
- Gather client goals and ensure access checklists are completed.
3. Project & Task Management
- Create/manage projects in Odoo (using predefined templates).
- Assign and track tasks across the internal team (designers, interns, SEO, developers, media buyer).
- Monitor progress from onboarding → strategy → execution → reporting.
4. Creative Strategy & Team Coordination
- Work with the COO, Media Buyer, and creative team to shape campaign direction.
- Guide interns, designers, and content creators on client strategy.
- Ensure all deliverables align with client goals and brand voice.
5. Quality Control & Reporting
- Review ads, creatives, posts, and reports before sharing with clients.
- Oversee weekly updates and monthly performance reports.
- Present results during client meetings.
6. Retention & Growth
- Maintain high client satisfaction to improve retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Social Media, SEO, and creative strategy in digital marketing.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written are mandatory).
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Experience in client communication (local/international).
- Ability to guide interns, juniors, and creative staff.
- Must be available full-time, in-house at our Tariq Road, Karachi office.
- Immediate availability — must be able to join within 1 day of hiring.
Salary Range
60,000 – 90,000 PKR per month (based on experience and fit).
