About the role

• Join a growing digital marketing team hiring two Digital Account Managers to drive revenue and client growth.
• Remote, 40 hours per week, working closely with fulfillment and marketing teams to deliver results.

What you’ll do

• Call warm leads regarding Google Business Profile suspensions to open new accounts with a proven reinstatement solution.
• Present reinstatement and marketing packages that restore visibility and drive ROI.
• Manage a pipeline of 150+ warm leads/month
• Identify retainer upsells across SEO, Google Ads, Web Dev/Maintenance, Social Media, and Reputation Management.
• Account management, reporting, and collaboration with fulfillment to ensure client outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Proven digital marketing sales experience (GBP, SEO, Ads, Social Media, Reputation, Web Dev).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
• CRM best-practice execution; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized team player with a high-velocity sales approach.

Compensation

• Base salary: $2,500/month.
• Commissions: 20% on sales and retainer
• Bonuses:
• $35 per positive client review (4+ stars)
• $150 for contracts over $2,000
• $250 for 5 non-GBPS deals in a month
• $100 for 10 GBPS deals in a month
• $500 for $10k in new cash received in one month
• $1,000 quarterly bonus for $30k in receivables

Estimated first-year compensation: $60k–$85k
