Digital Marketing Account Manager

We're looking to add a dedicated and driven Account Manager to be a part of our expanding team in the next 2-3 months.

Responsibilities for the Account Manager Position

• Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact, aligning client business goals with our digital marketing efforts.
• Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to craft and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with strategists and specialists to monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring they exceed client expectations and key performance indicators.
• Communication and Reporting:
  • Coordinate with strategists and customer success teams to regularly update clients with detailed performance reports.
  • Address client queries promptly, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
  • Lead regular strategy meetings with clients and internal teams.
• New Business Development:
  • Work alongside strategists and the business development team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • Keep abreast of the latest in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to offer strategic insights to clients.

Qualifications:

• Background in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven experience in managing projects to ensure timely completion.
• Independent problem-solving skills and a keen desire for continuous learning and growth in the digital marketing industry.
