Digital Marketing Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will analyze digital marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights that help optimize strategies across various channels. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns drive engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Measure KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI to evaluate campaign success.
  • Use data insights to recommend optimization strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to test and improve creatives and messaging.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM reports to support business objectives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for regular performance reporting.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, analytics techniques, and trends.

Requirements Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, UTM tracking, and digital attribution models.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • [X+] years of experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar role.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Google Ads or Google Analytics certification.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo).
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and conversion optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
