The ideal candidate should have basic experience in digital marketing campaigns, social media handling, and online promotions. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize our online presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through regular posting, content scheduling, and engagement tracking.
  • Support in creating marketing content, including creatives, ad copies, blog posts, and newsletters.
  • Conduct keyword research and basic SEO optimization for website and blog pages.
  • Help in tracking and analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams for timely campaign execution.
  • Monitor online trends, competitors’ activities, and suggest new strategies to improve engagement.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and digital assets.
  • Support in email marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new marketing ideas and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Analytics tools. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
