The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing all digital touchpoints for Al Safa Clinic. You will manage the performance of social media campaigns, search engine visibility (SEO/SEM), and the clinic’s online reputation. Your goal is to increase patient appointments, improve the ROI of advertising spend, and provide the management with clear insights into which medical services (Dental, Pediatrics, Dermatology, etc.) are driving the most digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio) to monitor website traffic, conversion rates (appointment bookings), and bounce rates.
- Campaign Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads, specifically targeting the diverse expat and local populations in Doha.
- SEO & Local Search: Optimize the clinic’s presence on Google Maps/Google Business Profile—a critical channel for "near me" healthcare searches in areas like Al Nasr and Al Sadd.
- Reputation Monitoring: Analyze patient reviews and sentiment across platforms, providing data-driven recommendations to improve the patient experience.
- Content Performance: Collaborate with the creative team to identify which types of health awareness content (videos, infographics, or doctor interviews) resonate most with the audience.
- Market Benchmarking: Monitor the digital presence of other polyclinics in Doha to ensure Al Safa remains a top-of-mind choice for primary and specialized care.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze the user journey on the Al Safa website to identify friction points in the online appointment or inquiry forms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing analytics. Experience in the Healthcare or Wellness sector is a significant advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Mastery:
- Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Ads: Experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads (search and display).
- Visualization: Ability to create clear reports in Looker Studio or Excel/Google Sheets.
- Soft Skills: Ability to translate "marketing jargon" into clinical/business terms for doctors and clinic management.
- Language: Professional English fluency is mandatory. Arabic is a massive asset for analyzing local search intent and engaging with a broader demographic in Qatar.
