Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online sales strategies and marketing campaigns and, enhancing user experience, and driving traffic to our e-commerce platforms. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and content creation to increase conversions and improve overall performance in the e-commerce space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various digital channels to promote products and services, increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Utilize SEO tools and techniques for keyword research and optimization to enhance organic search visibility.
- Conduct conversion optimization initiatives to improve the user journey and increase sales.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising.
- Create engaging content for product descriptions, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Oversee the management of content on WordPress and other content management systems.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and SEM strategies to maximize ROI.
- Implement marketing automation processes to streamline customer engagement efforts.

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences effectively.
- Conduct research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling product descriptions and promotional content.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using Google Analytics to drive informed decisions.
- Graphics and coding experience
- Knowledge of B2B marketing practices within the e-commerce sector is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
