Digital Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Meta and Google Ads, along with strong team management skills to oversee a dynamic marketing team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize campaigns, drive brand awareness, and enhance lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers to execute marketing strategies effectively.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing to improve online visibility and traffic.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing materials.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spending based on performance insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.
• Develop reports and present performance insights to stakeholders.
• Improve conversion rates and customer engagement through data-driven marketing strategies.
