Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Associate (DMA) at BitBop. The DMA will support the execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand presence and measurable impact. Responsibilities include website management, campaign support, performance tracking, market research, content coordination, schedule and communication management, and assisting with lead generation activities. The role is based in Islamabad, with some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Web Management (Word press) , SEO, PPC, email, and social media).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
• Support the creation and distribution of digital content across channels.
• Collaborate with design, social media, and sales teams to maintain cohesive brand messaging.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM tools, and lead tracking systems.
• Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist client with schedule management and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Word press, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, HubSpot/CRM systems, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
