Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate (1–3 years experience) to manage social media, performance marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns while driving measurable results through data and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ads on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in planning and executing digital campaigns, including content creation, post scheduling, and audience targeting.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics tracking.
• Advanced Canva skills are mandatory for designing posts, ads, and campaign creatives.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
• Highly organized, data-driven and capable of managing multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.

Skills Required

• 1–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of SEO and performance metrics.
• Advanced Canva skills (mandatory).
• Good communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
