Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Associate will focus on executing, supporting, and learning core digital marketing functions across campaigns, content, CRM, automation, and analytics. This role is designed as the first step in a structured marketing career path, with opportunities to grow into performance, analytics, or specialization roles over time.

The successful candidate is both creative and data‑driven, with a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach and a strong desire to understand how marketing performance influences leads, pipeline, and long‑term customer growth in a B2B software environment. They are proactive, adaptable, and motivated to contribute fresh ideas while building measurable impact through continuous learning and execution.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Digital Campaign Execution & Strategy

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.

· Optimize digital campaigns through performance tracking and analysis to provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.

· Support lead‑generation initiatives aligned with sales priorities.

Content Maintenance & Updates

· Maintain and update website content to reflect current offerings and messaging.

· Create and support marketing content including blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and social media posts.

· Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and technical messaging.

Marketing Automation & CRM Management

· Manage and maintain the company’s CRM (D365), including accurate lead capture, tracking, and data hygiene.

· Assist with marketing automation workflows.

· Support lead generation and nurturing efforts, ensuring smooth transitions from marketing to sales.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

· Work closely with sales, R&D, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

· Assist in the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows and field marketing activities.

· Contribute to internal communication and marketing alignment initiatives.

Performance Reporting, Process Optimization & Documentation

· Design and deliver data visualizations using tools like Power BI to support measuring and reporting of campaign performance/ROI and contribute to decision-making.

· Maintain and refine SOPs to support role transition and ensure process clarity.

· Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across marketing workflows.

· Support general office administration, including event scheduling, document management, internal communications, and coordination of team activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a technical field (i.e. Engineering, CS, or IT).
  • Preferred: Engineering background is considered a significant asset or a dual interest in technology and marketing.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably D365), marketing automation tools, and campaign analytics.
  • Proven ability to support digital campaigns and creating engaging content.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, SendGrid, and Power Automate.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving and initiative in learning new platforms and technologies.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
