About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate/Executive to support inbound marketing and demand generation initiatives at Mountainise. The role focuses on attracting, engaging, and converting qualified leads through content, campaigns, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute inbound marketing strategies across SEO, content, email, and social channels
• Assist in planning and running demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads
• Create and optimize content including blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Manage and nurture leads through marketing automation and CRM tools
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and campaigns
• Track campaign performance and generate insights to improve conversion rates
• Support website updates and landing page optimization for better lead capture
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inbound marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation funnels
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar CRM platforms)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B marketing or tech services industry
• Exposure to paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Understanding of AEO/GEO and content optimization trends
