About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, Arabic-speaking female Digital Marketing & Content Creator to join our growing team. If you love capturing moments, planning engaging Reels, and turning ideas into digital stories, this role is for you!

You’ll be the voice and face of our social media presence, helping us reach and engage our audience in fun, professional, and emotionally appealing ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original Reels, Instagram stories, and videos for social media (with a strong focus on kids, moms, and family themes)
• Plan and publish bilingual content (Arabic & English) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
• Run and manage online ad campaigns to increase engagement and bookings
• Interact with followers, respond to comments & DMs
• Track performance analytics and suggest improvements
• Support in offline marketing activities (e.g. flyers, giveaways, events)
• Collaborate with our photography team to promote our latest packages and seasonal themes

Requirements:

• Female only (based in UAE)
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written) – English is also required
• Excellent skills in Reels creation, video shooting/editing, and storytelling
• Confident in front of the camera to record short clips if needed
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar apps
• Organized, creative, and proactive
• Experience in digital marketing or content creation is a big plus
• Basic photography or studio assistance experience is a bonus
