Digital Marketing & Content Creator & DJ

Full Job Description

Do you enjoy creating content, but also care about what actually works?

We’re looking for someone who can help take our marketing to the next level — not just posting content, but building something that actually drives leads, bookings, and growth.

This role is a mix of content creation, marketing strategy, and hands-on execution. You’ll be in the office during the week and out at events capturing real moments when needed. You'll have to be willing to learn how to DJ and DJ as needed as well. We provide all the DJ training needed, so no DJ experience is needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation

• Capture video and photos at weddings and events
• Film and produce podcast content
• Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Capture behind-the-scenes and office culture
• Edit and deliver clean, high-quality content

Marketing

• Manage and grow social media accounts
• Run and improve Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Create campaigns that generate real leads (not just views)
• Track performance and adjust what’s working

Website & SEO

• Write and post blog content
• Build backlinks through vendor relationships
• Improve SEO and website performance

What We’re Looking For

• Someone creative but also results-driven
• Comfortable filming at events and working in an office setting
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated and takes ownership of their work
• Interested in growing into a larger marketing role over time
• Willing to DJ when asked

Compensation

• $50,000 – $65,000 base salary
• Performance-based bonuses
• Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the marketing side expands

Important Notes

• This is an in-person role (not remote and not hybrid)
• Some evening/weekend availability is required for event content
• Please include links to any content, campaigns, or marketing work you’ve done
