Digital Marketing Coordinator

JN Marketing is a performance-driven digital marketing agency supporting businesses across eCommerce, local services, manufacturing, and consumer brands. We focus on helping companies grow through modern digital marketing strategies including paid media, content creation, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Position Overview

We are looking for an entry-level Digital Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution across multiple brands and client accounts.

This role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of digital marketing who wants to gain real hands-on experience across social media, paid ads, AI marketing tools, and outreach. You will work directly with the founder and receive weekly mentorship on modern marketing platforms, tools, and strategies.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram/Facebook and TikTok.
• Create and schedule posts including static graphics and short-form video content
• Use AI and design tools to assist with content creation
• Coordinate collaborations and outreach to creators and partners on platforms

Lead Outreach & Partnerships

• Outreach to local businesses from curated lead lists
• Introduce services such as website redesign, AI automation, and digital marketing support
• Track outreach conversations and follow-ups

Paid Media Support

• Assist with campaign setup across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Help setup ads, audiences, and ad copy with direction from the founder
• Assist with basic performance tracking

Email & SMS Marketing

• Assist in designing and scheduling email and SMS campaigns for clients
• Support list management and campaign setup

Learning & Development

• Participate in weekly sessions with the founder to learn marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
• Gain exposure to modern marketing platforms including paid media, AI tools, and marketing automation

Performance Incentives

In addition to hourly pay, team members can earn commission on new clients they help generate through outreach and lead generation.

• 20% commission on the first payment of any client you originate
• 10% monthly commission on that client’s retainer, paid monthly while the client remains active and you are assisting in managing the account

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or social media management
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools is a plus
• Interest in learning paid advertising and AI marketing tools
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

Work Structure

• Part-time: 15–20 hours per week
• Remote work with occasional in-person meetings in New Jersey
• Flexible schedule with clear weekly priorities
• Opportunity to grow into a larger marketing role as the agency expands

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
