Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Lead at S.S. Lootah Trading Group is responsible for oversees and drives all online marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies, managing e-commerce operations, for a business’s digital channels and platforms, integrating cross- functional leadership with direct responsibility for execution and out comes to deliver measurable growth in traffic, leads and online sales.
Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, content, and email to generate traffic, leads, and online sales.

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies: oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and website functionality to maximize conversion and customer experience.

Analyse performance data across Google Analytics, CRM, and e-commerce platforms; report insights and recommendations to leadership, using metrics such as sales, conversion rate, ROI, and customer satisfaction.

Lead and mentor digital marketing and e-commerce teams (internal or external agencies) to deliver on growth targets, ensuring coordination with sales, product, operations, and customer service.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies (e.g., for PPC, social media, platform support), and collaborate on promotional campaigns, affiliate programs, and new product launches.

Optimize the customer journey through website A/B testing, mobile responsiveness, and enhancement of user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital assets and marketing initiatives.

Stay current with best practices and trends in digital marketing, e-commerce technologies, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, website management, e-commerce, or performance marketing, with a proven track record in multi-channel campaigns and online sales growth.

Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, e-commerce platform management (e.g., Shopify, Magento), and Google analytics tools and CRM tools.

Strong analytical skills, reporting capabilities, and ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.
