Digital Marketing Executive

Purpose of the role:

In this role, you will partner with high end strategic content creators and offer personalized, on them and support by assisting them as a single point of contact in two ways: a) troubleshooting support & policy guidelines and b) content strategy and consulting oriented to improve channels performance. The goal is to deliver dedicated, on-demand, one-to-one support for strategically important creators who prefer a reactive support model. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger team.

Responsibilities

Issue/task management

- Address issues or tasks assigned to them through ticketing systems, via Chat, Email or Phone channels.

- Handle the most complex ad operations workflows within YouTube that require high degree of judgment in performing the assigned tasks.

- Must be able to advise clients and provide creative solutions

- Escalate highly complex and mission critical issues to SMEs or internal YT teams while accompanying the creator through the path or resolution.

Content Strategy & Account Management

- Position yourself as a trusted advisor for advance content creators.

- Understand creator business needs connecting those with holistic YouTube solution.

- Be a product expert guiding content creators through YouTube solutions.

- Assist creators in reading channel performance data, detect data oriented opportunity areas and building solutions to excel business goals.

- Be the point of reference for creators maximizing satisfaction & engagement with the platform.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree.

- Native Speaker and B2 English.

- 3 years of relevant working experience in: B2B Sales/Account management in Digital Marketing/Social Media Industry (preferred YouTube).

- Experience in customer service is a plus.

  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
  • Good time management skills and ability to organize their own day
  • Client-focused, keen interest in customer interaction & ownership of business goals
  • Passionate about social media.
  • A team player with ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Hands on experience with video content creation & editing including 3rd party tools like video editors, encoders and others.
  • Strong analytical skills.
