Digital Marketing Executive- Growth Team Performance & Organic Marketing
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a proven track record in both performance Marketing and organic growth strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is self-driven, and has a passion for measurable growth. Preference will be given to female candidates with a creative mindset and strong execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple business verticals.
- Develop insight-driven strategies to identify trends, optimize budgets, and improve ROI.
- Manage agencies for user acquisition and retargeting via Google, Facebook, DV360, Search, Programmatic, and affiliates.
- Define and track KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rates, and CTR.
- Continuously optimize ad creatives and targeting for Beter performance.
- Oversee affiliate channels, ensuring quality leads and minimizing fraud.
- Provide regular campaign reports, funnel analysis, and growth projections.
Organic Marketing
- Create and implement organic growth strategies to boost brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Optimize website and content for SEO (on-page and off-page).
- Manage engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track and refine organic efforts.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Grow social media presence organically, building community engagement and loyalty.
- Ensure all content reflects Credon Capital’s brand voice, values, and guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing with exposure to both paid and organic channels.
- Strong understanding of paid marketing ecosystems, attribution models, and personalization.
- Expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media growth.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and ad management platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creativity and proficiency in Canva design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a bias for action.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Experience Requirements
- Proven success in driving both paid and organic growth.
- Hands-on experience with campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programme channels.
- Portfolio or examples of past marketing work (to be provided upon request).
Salary Range – AED 3000 TO 3500
