Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to elevate our online presence, showcase our architectural projects, and drive brand engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and have a keen eye for design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), Google Ads, and email platforms.
• Create engaging content (visuals, reels, blog posts, case studies) to highlight AJ Architects' portfolio, values, and milestones.
• Manage the company website – ensuring SEO optimization, regular content updates, and project uploads.
• Analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc., and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to document and promote ongoing projects and achievements.
• Engage with industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to refine digital strategies.
• Coordinate with photographers/videographers for project shoots and oversee post-production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the architecture, design, or real estate sectors.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and SEO platforms.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Understanding of architectural aesthetics and terminology is a plus.
