We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to join our Digital team at Children’s Cancer Institute. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering our digital-first strategy, driving innovation in how we engage and inspire mass donors while strengthening our digital presence across web, campaigns, and paid media.

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will manage our websites, landing pages, SEO/SEM, paid and pro-bono advertising, and oversee the execution of impactful campaigns. You will also foster strong and trusted relationships with our external agencies, ensuring our digital ecosystem is continually evolving to support growth.

To succeed you will have…

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with demonstrated success managing websites and digital campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, analytics, and paid media.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar (or equivalent UX tools), and other performance tracking/reporting platforms.
• Strong background in campaign management with measurable results.
• Confidence and competence with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), with the ability to manage content, troubleshoot, and brief enhancements.
• Experience working with external agencies and suppliers to deliver strategic outcomes.
