We are seeking a proactive, creative, and AI-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can design, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across platforms while leveraging the latest tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing plans & strategies to build brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,).
• Execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, website optimization, and traffic growth.
• Plan and manage content marketing campaigns including blogs, newsletters, creatives, and digital collaterals.
• Design and deliver creative posts, graphics, and marketing materials for social media and campaigns.
• Create and manage YouTube marketing campaigns (video ideas, SEO, promotions).
• Stay updated with new AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency, automation, and creativity.
• Work on marketing funnels, automation workflows, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams for website updates, creatives, and campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing preferred (or relevant specialization in Digital Marketing/Strategy).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
• Proficiency in designing creative content for digital campaigns (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
• Strong knowledge of website optimization, Google Analytics, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing automation, content creation, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of financial services/FinTech sector will be an added advantage.
