Role: Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running ad campaigns across multiple digital platforms, with a strong focus on performance marketing and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and video content.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support SEO, social media, and content marketing activities when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
• Good understanding of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
