We are looking for a dynamic, Digital Marketing Exective to lead our ecommerce growth and online sales in the UK market—with a particular focus on high-impact social media marketing across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok.
This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for owning the entire digital marketing funnel, driving sales via our eCommerce platform, and building a strong brand presence in competitive online spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ecommerce marketing and online sales performance across all digital channels for the UK market.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
- Stay up to date with trends in e-commerce, digital sales platforms, and consumer behaviour.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns and sales funnel performance.
- Launch and promote products, seasonal promotions, and conversion-driven campaigns tailored to UK consumer behaviour.
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and sales performance metrics, A/B test strategies, and implement continuous improvements.
- Lead content development for UK social media, including TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, posts, and stories in collaboration with creative teams.
- Stay updated on UK social trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and effective.
- Manage budgets with a focus on ROI and efficient acquisition costs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing with direct responsibility for eCommerce sales and digital campaign performance.
- Strong experience running paid and organic campaigns on Google Ads, TikTok and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Proven ability to grow online sales through social media and digital performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of UK digital consumer behaviour, eCommerce trends, and social engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.
- Excellent storytelling and content instincts for social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Highly analytical with the ability to use data to drive commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
