 Digital Marketing & Inbound Strategy
- 
Run end-to-end email marketing campaigns with a focus on engagement and lead nurturing.
- Take full ownership of the company’s social media presence, posting content, engaging with followers, and using best practices to grow reach and lead generation.
- Write and proofread website copy and blog posts, ensuring everything is SEO-optimised and aligned with inbound marketing principles.
- Create landing pages with a focus on conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Utilise marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (HubSpot) to monitor performance and enhance campaigns.
 Website Management
- 
Use CMS platforms to update and manage website content.
- Lead website redesigns or development projects, working with third-party developers or off-the-shelf platforms.
 Branding & Marketing Materials
- 
Coordinate the design and production of marketing collateral—brochures, handouts, trade show materials, and pop-up banners.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, both online and offline.
 Campaign & Event Management
- 
Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns in alignment with the annual marketing strategy.
- Take ownership of annual conference planning, including strategy development to drive booth traffic. Attend industry events when possible.
- Bring creative ideas and innovation to all campaigns.
 Reporting & Analytics
- 
Deliver monthly web analytics reports for senior leadership.
- Track and improve the quality of lead data within the CRM.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
 Market Research
- 
Explore new marketing ideas from within and outside the industry.
- Track competitor activity to inform strategy and stay ahead of trends.
- Hands-on experience across the full digital marketing mix.
- Opportunities to lead projects and shape campaigns from concept to execution.
- Experience with industry-standard tools like HubSpot and CMS platforms.
- Professional development in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Requirements
Knowledge:- Strong understanding of digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing automation platforms
 
Work Experience:- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role
- Have experience managing marketing campaigns online & offline
- Proven experience in supporting or leading event marketing campaigns of tradeshow/conference attendance
- Project Management experience and ability to organise workload, work to deadlines and prioritise work
 
Skills:- Strong understanding of HubSpot or similar inbound marketing automation software
 - Excellent reading and writing skills in English
- Possess advanced IT skills including basic HTML knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels both internally & externally with the ability to build and manage successful business relationships
- Creative writing skills
- Work well unsupervised
