About the Role


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is curious, creative, and ready to build an online presence from the ground up — without depending on ads. The role involves improving visibility through off-page SEO, content distribution, engagement, and smart use of AI tools. You will work closely with the content, design, and motion teams to create visibility loops, build credibility, and grow reach across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Online Visibility & SEO Outreach


  • Work on off-page SEO activities — link placements, collaborations, and directory submissions


  • Research and shortlist content platforms, blogs, and communities where we can build visibility


  • Track brand mentions and ensure our presence across relevant search spaces


  • Support in creating and publishing blogs or external content for better ranking


Content & Creative Coordination


  • Coordinate with Graphic Design and Motion teams for visuals that match ongoing content plans


  • Help prepare and manage posting calendars and content schedules


  • Format, proofread, and publish posts, ensuring consistency in brand tone


  • Identify what type of content performs better and share actionable insights


Growth & AI-Driven Execution


  • Use AI tools and automation workflows to speed up research, content ideas, and reporting


  • Learn and manage tools like Google Sheets and Notion for tracking and coordination


  • Help maintain a structured record of digital activities, links, and content performance


  • Stay aware of new digital tools, AI trends, and marketing systems that can improve efficiency


  • Experiment with small, creative ideas to increase organic reach and engagement


Community & Engagement Support


  • Engage in meaningful interactions on platforms like LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, and niche groups


  • Support brand storytelling, reputation tracking, and feedback collection


  • Help plan creative ideas, growth experiments, and content initiatives


  • Maintain discipline in reporting, activity logs, and simple SOP documentation


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field (BBA or equivalent preferred)


  • Postgraduate or certification in Digital Marketing is an advantage


  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, SEO, or online visibility roles


  • Good understanding of off-page SEO, content formats, and engagement tactics


  • Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, and platform analytics


  • Excellent written communication and research skills


  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with new ideas


  • Comfortable working with multiple teams and timelines
