Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Aggregator Marketing:

• Create and manage property or product listings on platforms like Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, etc.
• Regularly update listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, visuals, and promotions.
• Monitor ad performance, optimize placements, and respond to platform inquiries.
• Maintain relationships with aggregator account managers for better visibility and offers.

Branding:

• Uphold and evolve the company’s visual identity across all digital and offline channels.
• Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and branding in all customer touch-points.
• Develop brochures, pitch decks, and branding materials for campaigns and sales teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and recommend branding improvements.

Digital Asset Management:

• Oversee company website, including updates, performance, SEO, and integrations.
• Ensure smooth operation of CRM systems, email platforms, and analytics tools.
• Implement security practices and basic data backup strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
• Familiar with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and website CMS (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local UAE/GCC digital trends and consumer behavior.
• Video editing and photography
