Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, optimizing campaign performance, and contributing to the company’s marketing goals through data-driven strategies and creative collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Platforms):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Build and manage lead generation campaigns focused on ROI and CPL targets.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop targeting strategies for real estate projects.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, ad spends, bidding strategies, and conduct A/B testing to improve performance.

2. Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel for accurate conversion and behavior tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, derive insights, and make data-backed optimization decisions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for management.

3. Creative & Strategic Collaboration:

  • Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to develop effective ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
  • Recommend new digital channels, strategies, and audience segments to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated with real estate advertising trends, emerging tools, and competitor strategies.
  • Leverage local market insights to tailor campaigns and enhance audience targeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
