About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing IT services company. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with one or more years of experience who is passionate about technology and digital marketing. You'll play a crucial role in driving our online presence, generating leads, and building brand awareness in the competitive IT services landscape.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Blog Content: Write compelling, technically accurate blog posts about IT trends, case studies, and industry insights
- Video Content: Create demo videos showcasing services, client testimonials, and educational content
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all content formats
- Create content strategy for social media channels (Linkedin, Youtube, Reddit)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for IT services terminology
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and technical SEO elements
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Create SEO-friendly content calendars aligned with business objectives
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and relevant platforms
- Develop platform-specific content strategies that resonate with IT decision-makers
- Engage with industry communities, participate in relevant discussions, and build thought leadership
- Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data
- Coordinate with the sales team to leverage social media for lead generation
IT Industry & Market Understanding (Good to have)
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of IT service offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Stay current with technology solutions, software development, cloud services, and digital transformation trends
- Analyze market positioning and identify opportunities for growth in the IT services sector
Paid Advertising Management (Good to have)
- Google Ads: Create, manage, and optimize search, display, and video campaigns
- Meta Ads: Develop and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets for optimal ROI
- Generate detailed performance reports and recommendations for campaign improvements
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors
- Education: Any Graduate (BBA+MBA Preferred)
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of SEO tools and principles
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, etc.)
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Google Analytics and reporting tools knowledge
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Business Manager (Good to have)
