Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Dubai Or Sharjah

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads and sales. This role involves managing social media, paid ads, content planning, and analytics, while working closely with the creative and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), ensuring consistent brand tone and engagement.
Coordinate with designers and photographers for content creation and campaign visuals.
Monitor and optimize paid ad performance to ensure effective ROI.
Track website traffic, leads, and customer engagement using analytics tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches and promotions.
Create, schedule, and manage content calendars for social media and digital ads.
Build and maintain audience engagement through regular posts, stories, polls, and comments.
Plan, Manage & Execute influencer marketing, PR activities, and brand collaborations.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and KPIs.
Suggest improvements in digital strategy based on market trends and performance data.
Maintain and update company websites and landing pages as needed.
Ensure all content and campaigns align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices in online marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with SEO, social media trends, and content marketing strategies.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills for digital platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/software.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand growth.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in consumer products or e-commerce marketing.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other content design tools.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
Experience running campaigns targeting parents or family audiences.
Basic knowledge of website management or CMS (e.g., WordPress or Shopify).
Salary & Benefits:
AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 (Inclusive of all). – Finalized based on experience and potential.
