Digital Marketing Executive

We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive traffic. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement inclusive digital marketing strategies by utilising different digital mediums and setting measurable KPIs.
• Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
• Collaborate with other teams (like content, sales, and customer service) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Optimise website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing.
• Analyse analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge and experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing talent within the team.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
