Marketing Manager – Online Automotive Platform (Lead Generation Focus)1. Performance & Lead Generation

  • Build and execute demand-generation strategies to acquire qualified leads (buyers, sellers, service subscribers).
  • Set and optimize lead funnels, from awareness → engagement → conversion → retargeting.
  • Define and track KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, funnel drop-off, lead quality.
  • Manage A/B tests to improve landing pages, forms, and acquisition ads.

2. Digital Advertising Management

  • Plan and run ROI-driven campaigns on:
  • Google Search & Display (auto intent keywords, retargeting)
  • Meta, TikTok, Snapchat (creative testing)
  • Automotive marketplaces partnerships
  • Optimize budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance.

3. Content & SEO Growth

  • Oversee SEO strategy for vehicle listings, blog content, service pages, and comparison tools.
  • Ensure high-intent content creation (e.g., “Best SUVs under AED 50K”, “Car inspection cost UAE”, “How to sell your car fast”).
  • Improve organic lead flow via:
  • On-page SEO
  • Technical SEO (speed, structured data)
  • Backlink building with auto publishers

4. CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Build automated lead nurturing flows: email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app notifications.
  • Improve lead conversion via:
  • Personalized car recommendations
  • Automated reminders for inspections, valuations, and bookings
  • Manage CRM segmentation for buyer vs seller funnels.

5. Marketplace & Partner Growth

  • Develop partnerships with:
  • Car dealers
  • Service centers
  • Finance & insurance partners
  • Design co-marketing campaigns to generate shared leads.

6. Brand & Social Media

  • Manage brand presence across social channels.
  • Convert content into lead magnets (valuation tools, price guides, car reviews).
  • Oversee influencer collaborations with measurable conversion goals.

7. Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards to monitor:
  • Traffic sources
  • Lead attribution
  • User behavior (heatmaps, session recordings)
  • Analyze trends to redistribute budgets toward highest-performing channels.

8. Product & UX Collaboration

  • Work with product team to improve:
  • Lead form UX
  • On-site conversion tactics (sticky CTAs, chat widgets, booking buttons)
  • Car recommendation logic
  • Advocate for features that increase leads (valuation tool, financing calculator).

9. Creative Strategy

  • Develop compelling ad creatives, video content, and banners tailored to automotive users.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce high-conversion landing pages.

10. Team Leadership

  • Manage internal and external teams (agencies, freelancers).
  • Train and guide performance marketers, content writers, and social media teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
